I Fell for the Man Who Ruined Me, Then He Forgot He Ever Loved Me Back novel Chapter 377

Suddenly gripping the back of her neck, Jorrod leaned down and ruthlessly captured her lips, entirely ignoring her attempts to push him away.

Sienna was pinned firmly against the door, trapped in his embrace, kissed until her breathing fractured and her brain was starved of oxygen.

Driven by overwhelming longing and the sudden impact of his spiraling thoughts, Jorrod didn't hold back his desire. He caged her in, turning the kiss into an act of absolute possession and plunder.

During the kiss, Sienna was half-yielding, half-resisting.

One second she was kissing him back, the next she was shoving his chest.

Jorrod was hyper-aware of his girlfriend's resistance. Every time she struggled to stop him, broken syllables slipped through her lips—words like "Mom" and "Dad" that didn't sound like sweet nothings, silently provoking him to push even deeper.

It wasn't until his foot was viciously stomped on.

Jorrod finally released her.

He met the woman's panicked eyes, noticing she looked terrified of being caught.

Jorrod's expression finally settled, his lips pressed thin. Yet a creeping chill seeped into his heart, entirely scrambling his composure.

His fingers curled slightly as he stared at her, suppressing the turbulence in his chest. "You want to break up. Is that it?"

Sienna frowned hard. "Break up? What are you talking about? I've been trying to tell you you need to leave right now! My parents are coming today. If you don't leave, they're going to walk right into you!"

In stark contrast to Sienna's utter panic.

She actually saw the man let out a visible sigh of relief.

"I thought you muttering about your parents earlier was just you swearing at me."

Sienna closed her eyes in sheer desperation.

Realizing she hadn't explained clearly and accidentally hurt his feelings, and knowing how crushed he must be to travel all this way only to be told to leave, she forced her tone to soften. She patted his chest comfortingly. "Go back, and I'll let you kiss me as long as you want later, okay? Please?"

"Okay, okay, hubby?"

Hearing a familiar conversation drifting from the hallway, accompanied by approaching footsteps, Sienna realized they were doomed.

She turned her head to the door, entirely missing the flash of shock in the man's eyes the moment she called him "hubby."

The next second, the doorbell rang loud and clear against the door panel.

"..."

He was constantly reminding her not to reconcile with Jorrod.

Sienna had planned to wait until his reactions cooled down before confessing.

She never expected she wouldn't have to confess at all—they were going to crash headfirst into the problem!

After the intense kiss, the dark lust in Jorrod's eyes had only just faded. When the doorbell rang a second time, he placed his hand on the door handle. "I'll leave first."

"You can't! They're right outside. You'll run straight into them!"

Jorrod remained perfectly composed. "We'll just say we were discussing business. We work in related fields, it's completely normal."

Sienna tilted her head up, perfectly angling her swollen lips into his line of sight.

Jorrod looked down. Those lips were tinted a rosy pink, glossy and inviting, looking impossibly soft.

Especially the way she was pouting like she wanted another kiss...

His dark eyes deepened. His Adam's apple bobbed involuntarily as he cupped her chin, ready to lean in for a few more.

Sienna dodged him. "...I'm not asking for a kiss! I'm telling you to look at my mouth! It's blindingly obvious I just got kissed!"
