Chad laughed so hard he nearly bent over.

Steven only smiled.

“We’re friends,” he said calmly. “Nobody gets to bully my friends.”

The three of them suddenly felt a warmth in their chests. That was what real friendship was supposed to feel like.

At this moment, the four of them felt even closer than before.

Some of the other students also crowded around them.

“Steven, how are you this strong?”

Steven shrugged casually. “Maybe I was just born stronger than normal.”
