Hades POV

I’m struggling. She’s breaking all of my self-control. Her smell, her scent, it’s overpowering. Her touch causes shivers to run down my spine. Her dress clings tightly to her breasts, making my mouth go dry, and my eyes greedily scan over the creaminess of her thighs, her dress hiked up almost to her hips as she sits on the desk. Buck. She was the very image of a sexy succubus, her hair tumbling down her shoulders, her lips swollen from my kiss. She’s so damn voluptuous that I’m having a hell of a time keeping my hands off of her. She’s every man’s dream,, and the worst thing was she seemed to know it too. Her confidence astounded me but also aroused me more. Nothing was sexier than a woman who knew exactly what she wanted and wasn’t afraid to go after it, even if it meant me.

I try to turn away, and she grabs my arm, preventing me. I ramble excuses at her, babbling like an idiot, knowing if I fuck her, there’s no going back. The engagement would be called off. I harden my heart, knowing I will never love her and that Raven deserves better. But she refuses to let go. Her eyelashes flutter and her eyes, a gorgeous forest green colour, widen as she bites her lip and looks at me provocatively.

“Raven, I can’t,” I’m at my limit.

“There’s plenty of other things we can do that don’t involve penetration,” she whispers as I stiffen, all sorts of images coming to mind.

She takes it as a challenge. “By all means, I’m hardly going to complain.” Her voice is confident and she’s sure of herself.

She moves up the table and slowly begins to lie down, sending files and paperwork scattering everywhere. She firmly plants her feet on the desk, spreading them, the sight of her shapely legs and dainty feet in heels making me salivate. I want to pinch myself and see if this is a dream. It’s not. My wolf is drooling, excited beyond words, and highly aroused as well. We both want her. Enough to forget about everything else that’s happening and only focus on the moment.
