Chapter 93
She puts a hand on her chest. “Really, Hades? Jealousy doesn’t suit you. Besides,” she breathes, “aren’t you here with Marissa?”
I ignore that.
“Did you intentionally come here to make me angry?” My voice is harsh, “is that your game?”
“I came here to have a good time and go on a date,” her fingers trail up and down my chest, teasing me. he picked the location, not me. But it’s convenient being in a hotel,” she fluttered her eyelashes at me, isn’t it?”
Her implication is clear. I’m breathing heavily now, my fingers digging into the wall and leaving gouges. I hiss and then grab her by the throat as she blinks up at me, adopting an innocent look. I can’t take it anymore. She has me. The thought of her going into the hotel, of being in a room alone with another man infuriates me. I lose all self-control, determined to make her realize that she’s mine. That she’ll only ever be mine, encouraged by my wolf to do whatever’s necessary to make her ours, except I won’t do the one thing that would bind us together forever, dimly remembering my engagement in the back of my mind.
I kiss her, hard, possessively. My tongue forces its way inside her mouth, plundering it. I’m not gentle, I’m the opposite. I want her to know she’s mine. I want her to know no other man can have her. Nobody is allowed to touch her except me. She moans, winding her hand through my hair as my hand relaxes on her neck. She puts a leg around my waist and my cock goes so hard that I’m almost seeing stars. Fucking minx. By the time I pull away, both of us are panting and her lips are swollen. It’s a gorgeous sight and I smirk, feeling like I’ve made my point.
“Get rid of him,” I growl, “now.”
“But Hades,” she wails, put out, “we’re supposed to be spending quality time together,” she huffs
“Tomorrow,” I’m barely listening, eager to get out of the restaurant and follow Raven, “Gotta go.” muttered and just like that I left, ignoring Marissa’s protests and hustling as fast as I could go
If Raven thought she could just sleep with another man she had another thing coming It was time to find out who the mystery man was and persuade him to leave Raven alone before I was forced to take drastic measures.
