After the last time Trevor met with Wynn, Lilian and the family had thought it would be easy for Wynn to completely win his heart back.
Reality, however, turned out to be very different from what they had expected.
Ever since that meal, almost five days had passed, yet Trevor still hadn't taken the initiative to contact Wynn.
And even when Wynn proactively went to Fleming Group to look for him, she still couldn't see him.
They didn't believe that Trevor was simply too busy.
After all, no matter how busy someone was, they still had time to eat and drink.
If a person truly cared about someone, they could still send a few messages during mealtimes or even during meetings to update the other party on their schedule.
So, with Trevor not reaching out, and Wynn repeatedly coming up empty when she went to find him, they had already vaguely understood that Trevor was deliberately avoiding her.
What they didn't expect was that not only was he avoiding Wynn, he was now openly taking Celeste with him, along with Jordyn, to places like the shopping mall.
Could it be that Trevor's heart had already completely shifted toward Celeste, so much so that he was no longer worried about their relationship being exposed?
Once they pieced this together, it wasn't just Ruby and Linda, but even Lilian's gaze darkened.
In an instant, they all lost their appetite.
After sitting there for a while longer, they turned and left the private booth.
As they exited, each of them glanced toward where Celeste and Trevor were seated.
Perhaps because there were no private rooms available, Celeste, Trevor, and Jordyn weren't seated in a booth.
They saw Trevor attentively helping Celeste arrange the disposable tableware, fetching food for her, his attitude toward her both proactive and considerate.
Watching this, Linda pressed her lips together. She was so uncomfortable that she couldn't even speak.
She nodded, didn't look at him again, got into her car, and just as she was about to pull the door closed, she spotted Jorge and Xavier not far away.
She paused for a moment, then acted as if she hadn't seen them, closed the door, started the car, and drove off.
Following her line of sight, Trevor saw Jorge and Xavier. Calmly, he nodded at them.
Jorge's expression turned cold.
Because he had clearly seen Trevor very naturally open Celeste's car door to retrieve his things.
That single gesture revealed that their relationship had already been close for quite some time.
Previously, Jorge hadn't really told Xavier much about the possibility of something going on between Celeste and Trevor.
So now, seeing Trevor and Celeste together like this, he was completely stunned.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
A car? Is it from the Fleming family or one of those two bastard families?...
Where’s the part where Jorge actually apologized to Celeste?...
Is the apology chain starting with Jorge? Should we expect same from Miles, Quentin, Narcissca, Trevor's family and Trevor himself...
Is he trying to rudely ask Celeste for help? The audacity of these two families exceeds my expectations....
Trevor, you're damned... I just wanted to say this for no reason....
Are we back to having rage baiting chapter?...
I don't want to raise my hopes regarding this lawsuit. I'm sure the bank (Trevor) will get them out of there....
Let's beat around the bush again...
Uhuh. And what, pray tell, is it that you know to be doing Trevor?...
Mr. Lincoln, you never raised your son. He is not a real man... When I see him, I just remember the line from the song that says "I guess no one ever told you how to be a real man."...
