Alpha Daddies And Their Innocent Little Maid (18+) novel Chapter 201

Lilith pov

Happy ending.

That was something I had never thought I would have. A happy ending after everything that I had been through. An ending where I would be happy in a world that was never kind to people like me.

I was wolfless, orphaned, and weak.

A woman like me who had once sold her body to three terrifying men who killed without hesitation. Three terrifying men who had my heart pounding the first time I entered that room. They looked exactly alike yet they couldn't have been more different but that was six years ago.

Now...

I stretched lazily beneath the blankets, a smile tugging at my lips as the curtains stood open, allowing warm sunlight to spill across my face and the large bedroom. My hair was a complete mess, falling over my eyes and shoulders and for once...

I felt content, happy, at peace.

"Have your morning tea, Luna."

Theila's gentle voice drifted through the room. Turning my head, I found her standing beside the bed with a tray in her hands, a knowing smile on her face.

I smiled back.

"Thank you."

Taking the cup from her, I brought it toward my nose. The relaxing scent drifted upward and my eyes fluttered shut.

A soft hum escaped my lips.

This was nice.

Really nice.

Peaceful.

It was so peaceful—

BOOM!

Before I could complete that thought, something exploded somewhere inside the packhouse. The entire room shook, the bed rattled beneath me. Dust practically fell from the ceiling yet I didn't even open my eyes.

Neither did Theila react. At this point, both of us were immune.

Still holding my tea, I smiled serenely.

"Peaceful," I murmured. "Everything is so peaceful—"

"Ah! Are you stupid?! You got flour everywhere! You're not supposed to pour it that fast!"

A childish voice echoed from downstairs, followed immediately by another voice, but this time, deeper.

"Jeez, Jason Junior! You're not supposed to call your brother stupid. Apologize right now and don't be mean."

Claude's voice. It was loud, exasperated, trying and failing to sound strict.

My smile twitched but I ignored it.

"It is so peaceful," I repeated. "Everything is so pea—"

"Wahhh! He called me stupid! I won't accept his apology! I'm going to report to Mom!"

Another child cried dramatically.

"Caleb Junior, you can't report to your mom. She's sleeping. You need to be mature and accept the apology, okay? Now everyone, let's clean this up before your mom sees this mess and kills us."

Silas. It was calm, collected and carrying a very noticeable amount of fear when mentioning me.

The corner of my eye twitched again as another child's voice sounded.

Cold. Direct. Matter-of-fact.

"Jason was mean but he was right. Caleb is indeed stupid and daddy Silas, daddy Claude, and daddy Lucien are just terrified of Mommy finding out we messed up her kitchen"

A beat of silence.

Then—

"Wow." Lucien sounded impressed. "You're very direct, Sebastian Junior but your second father is right. Let's clean this up before your mom sees it."

The smile on my face finally cracked. My fingers tightened around the teacup. I wasn't even trying to pretend anymore.

"Wahhh!" Caleb's voice exploded through the house. "Mummy! Jason and Sebastian called me stupid!"

A stampede followed, footsteps thundered up the stairs fast.

Very fast.

"No, we didn't!"

"Mother!"

"Caleb, stop lying!"

Jason and Sebastian shouted behind him. Downstairs, I heard three grown men panic.

"Oh, for fuck's sake." It was Claude. "How are they so damn fast?!"

The next second—

SLAM!

The bedroom door flew open.

"Mummy!"

"Mummy!"

"Mummy!"

Three small disasters rushed into the room at full speed. Theila immediately stepped aside like a wise woman preserving her life.

The boys launched themselves toward the bed. Ready to jump, ready to tackle me, ready to commit the greatest mistake of their young lives.

At the doorway, Lucien, Silas, and Claude appeared. The three Alphas looked genuinely horrified.

"NO!"

All three shouted at the same time as if that would somehow stop them.

It didn't.

The children were already airborne and then, my eyes slowly opened and the room went silent, cold eyes fixed themselves on the three boys mid-jump. The atmosphere changed instantly.

Jason froze.

Sebastian froze.

Even Caleb forgot he was crying.

The three boys hung there awkwardly for a second before slowly lowering themselves back onto the floor. Like guilty criminals caught red-handed.

No one spoke.

No one moved either.

I stared at them, and they stared back at me. The three six-year-old boys looked like miniature versions of the three men standing behind them.

Caleb looked exactly like Claude, with long blond hair falling around his pretty face and bright eyes that somehow always managed to look innocent, even when he was clearly guilty.

Jason looked like Silas, with brown hair, sharp features, and small glasses perched on his nose that made him appear far more responsible than he actually was.

And Sebastian... Sebastian was Lucien reborn. Dark hair, cold eyes. A permanently unimpressed expression that somehow existed even on a six-year-old child.

All three boys were drenched in flour from head to toe. There was flour in their hair, flour on their faces, flour on their clothes, and somehow even hanging off their eyelashes.

Jason suddenly coughed, and a small white cloud exploded from his mouth before he calmly reached up and wiped flour off his glasses. I didn't react. Instead, my gaze slowly shifted toward the three men standing behind them.

Almost immediately, Claude looked away.

Silas coughed awkwardly.

Lucien rubbed the bridge of his nose.

The annoying part was that none of them looked any better. The three most feared Alphas in the world were covered in flour, completely covered. White streaks stained their clothes, their hair, and even their faces. To make matters worse, all three were still wearing pink bright aprons.

I stared while they avoided eye contact.
