Zella left.
Raelynn found Zella's ideas bizarre, especially that last sentence. She had no idea how Zella had reached that conclusion. She and Sebastian had long since gone their separate ways, and she had moved on from the past—especially from an ex-husband who had never opened his heart to her.
Sebastian didn't love her.
He had shown her that through countless actions.
Only by experiencing it firsthand could someone understand how she felt.
She wasn't going to take Zella's assumptions to heart.
-
The National Academy of Traditional Medicine only admitted top-tier talent with outstanding contributions, numerous honors, and high social standing.
Raelynn would soon be joining them for work.
She was already an Associate Professor at Kingsford University, and her upcoming transfer would require a comprehensive internal review. She would also undergo a separate evaluation for her academic promotion.
Her application was already submitted.
As long as everything went smoothly, she could enter the core team of the Academy directly.
However, the process was tedious, involving multiple rounds of review, and was relatively strict.
Raelynn didn't foresee any issues.
When it came to her professional abilities, she had complete confidence.
On the eve of the wedding.
Ian took some time out of his afternoon to visit Kingsford University.
After having lunch with Raelynn, the two took a leisurely stroll around the campus.
"I've sent you the detailed arrangements. Take a look and see if there are any changes you want to make. There's still time."
Ian walked beside her, turning his head to look at her.
Raelynn felt conflicted. She was in an awkward position right now, unable to move forward or step back. If she moved forward, she worried she wouldn't be able to completely extricate herself from the Hudson family. If she stepped back, Lily's situation would remain unresolved.
Because of this, she spaced out when Ian brought up the wedding venue.
"Whatever you decide is fine," she said absentmindedly.

The readers' comments on the novel: Boss, Your Wife Signed the Divorce Agreement Before the Wedding
Sebastian, the man of few words.... needs to find all the words! Needs to fight for her! On note, seven years seems like a long time for this master plan (which I am sure goes back much farther). Rereading this novel, and it seems like everything has played out in a 5-8 month time span. And I feel like all Sebastian's doings/ plan have not been revealed. I hope we get to see the whole picture and have the resolutions we hope. But seven years of mistreatment, I just don't see Raelynn fully coming back. If these was 2-3 years, maybe, and I know it changes some characters around, but it would still work. Rooting for them!...
Literally on edge!...
No, no, no! Sebastian needs to nip the Zella situation and win Raelynn back! Also, Leo, he is a wildcard for Sebastian's master plan... Sebastian- we know you know, what we know, win your family back!...
I thought now Sebastian and Raelynn will be together now that seraphina is not but you are not letting them to be. Two new female around Sebastian 😭...
I think Ian is sly. He is not what he seems. Sebastian loves Raelyn and they have a daughter together. Besides he has no family to even take care of him. I feel Raelyn should realise that Sebastian is only her true love and go back to him....
The croix family is evil...
