Chapter 905

Aaron’s voice softened.

“What do you mean?” Stella asked.

“Tell me where you are. Send me your location.”

Stella said nothing.

“I’ll send someone to pick you up. You can’t go with Evan’s men.”

Aaron genuinely did not trust Evan.

When it came to Felix and Evan, his attitude could not have been more different.

He trusted Felix far too much.

And he did not trust Evan at all.

“Do I have to listen to you?” Stella asked.

Aaron’s chest tightened unexpectedly.

“Stella…”

“Maybe I would’ve listened to my brother before. But now…”

She paused.

When she spoke again, her voice was filled with cold disappointment.

“Now you mean nothing to me.”

She did not want him as her brother anymore.

She did not want the Hogarth family either.

Just as she had once told herself she no longer wanted Evan, she was now giving up on Aaron too.

Her own brother.

Her family.

“What did you say?” Aaron demanded.

“I said you mean nothing to me now. You’re not my brother, and you’re not my family.”

“You…”

“From now on, pretend you never had a sister. We’ll go our separate ways.”

She had been disappointed too many times lately.

Now she wanted nothing from any of them.

“We’re related by blood,” Aaron said. “Do you think you can discard me as easily as you discarded Evan?”

“Blood?”

Stella gave a cold laugh.

“Don’t you find that word ridiculous, coming from people like you?”

Dealing with her was an entirely different kind of headache.

After hanging up on Aaron, Stella turned to Seymour.

“Stop the car.”

“We can’t stop. We have to reach the Black Sea as quickly as possible.”

Seymour’s tone was firm.

It was the same unyielding attitude he had shown when he first entered the Hogarth estate to protect her.

If he said he would not stop, then he would not.

Furious, Stella called Evan.

“Tell your man to stop the car.”

“Be good and don’t make trouble. Come to the Black Sea with him first.”

“Who do you think you are?” Stella snapped.

Back when he had actually had the right to care about her, he had devoted all his attention to Summer.

Now that he had no right to interfere, he suddenly seemed determined to control everything she did.

“I’m your husband,” Evan said. “We’re still married.”

Stella fell silent.
