My Husband's Affair My Anniversary Gift (Lily and David) novel Chapter 391

Kyndly lifted her phone and tilted the screen toward Riyana, just enough for her to see.

“Right now,” Kyndly said casually, “only I know about your relationship with Jabco.”

Her lips curved into a small smile.

“But once I publish those pictures…”

Riyana’s eyes dropped to the screen.

Her heart stopped.

It was her and Jabco.

The picture was taken just a few days ago. She remembered that day clearly. Jabco had dropped her at the gallery. He had been in a hurry, but before leaving, he leaned down and kissed her. It was quick.

A moment that felt private.

A moment that was never meant for anyone else.

Her fingers curled slightly.

She slowly lifted her gaze back to Kyndly, her eyes sharp now.

Kyndly didn’t look away.

“How much damage do you think this will do to his reputation?” Kyndly continued, her tone almost playful. “But honestly, it will be fun to watch.”

She scrolled through her phone as she spoke.

“Imagine the headlines. ‘Jabco Grey married his own secretary.’ ‘Grey Corporation shares dropping.’ ‘Grey Corporation appoints new CEO”

She looked up and smiled.

“Don’t you think it will be interesting?”

Each word hit like a slap.

“Thank you for making it easy for me,” Kyndly added lightly.

Riyana understood immediately.

If Jabco stepped down from his position as CEO, the seat wouldn’t stay empty for long. Kyndly had been waiting for this chance. Watching, calculating all this time.

How could she let an opportunity like this slip away?

Riyana swallowed. Her voice came out quieter this time.

“Why are you doing this?”

The question wasn’t angry.

“If you wanted to publish those pictures and ruin him, you could’ve done it without coming to me. So why are you here?”

Kyndly’s smile faded.

Her eyes turned cold.

“Because,” she said, “I want Jabco to be with Elara.”

She straightened her posture.

“Not with someone who comes from a gambling family.”

Her words were cruel and deliberate.

“I hate Jabco,” Kyndly continued. “But that doesn’t mean I’ll let my father’s reputation be ruined because of you.”

She looked Riyana up and down, like she was measuring her worth.

Then she turned away.

The door opened. The sound echoed in the room.
