Chapter 1104: Chapter 1100: CALL ME TAOTIE

Another meat dish that they served was galbi. They served both marinated beef and pork shirt ribs. They were grilled over an open flame and cut into bite-sized pieces, suitable for quick consuming without getting messy.

There was also a dish of friend chicken, which was crispy, golden and very delicious especially when dipped into that secret sauce she shamelessly asked for more from Madam Lim who readily agreed to give her some.

And lastly, they provided a fish dish – saengseon jorim (braised fish). From the chef’s mouth, they used yellow croakers for the dish. This dish is made by using a certain fish (mackerel, hairtail/beltfish, or yellow croaker), braise it in a wide, shallow pan alongside chunks of daikon radish, and a mixture of soy sauce, chili flakes, garlic, and ginger.

The fish and the radish absorb the thick, reduced sauce beautifully and pairing this with rice completes the dish and makes it a wonderful dish not to miss.

Thanks to this additional dish, Diamond lost count of the rice bowls she ate in that one hour. However, other people were counting.

For a typical person, while eating at home and using home bowls, having at most one to two bowls was the norm, as the rest of the belly would be filled with the side dishes.

However, for this one sitting, the kitchen staff who had prepared a feast for at most ten people, found all the food that they have prepared completely devoured with no scraps remaining.
