Outside Cloudhaven General Hospital.

Phoenix glanced at her phone screen, her lips curving into a smirk. "He's here. Right by the entrance."

"Huh?" Meredith raised a hand to shield her eyes from the sun, blinking her massive eyes as she scanned the area. "Where? I don't see anyone."

Phoenix shook her head in amusement. Instead of explaining, she just grabbed Meredith's hand and pulled her toward the entrance.

It wasn't until they were right on top of him that Meredith finally noticed the slender figure standing by the doors.

He wore a loose, oversized hoodie, the brim of his baseball cap pulled down low. He looked exactly like a pretty girl next door.

This painfully casual outfit was worlds apart from the untouchable, ethereal image of the legendary doctor she had built up in her head.

"Phoenix, is... is this really the legendary Azure Healer?" Disbelief was written all over Meredith's face.

"What? Do I not look the part?"

Hearing her voice, the figure turned around.

Beneath the brim of the cap was an earth-shatteringly gorgeous face. His eyes were stunningly expressive, his skin luminous and flawless. There was a delicate, almost predatory perfection to his features.

"Are you really Cyrus?" Meredith blurted out.

The moment the words left her mouth, Phoenix and Cyrus locked eyes, a shared look of helpless amusement flashing between them.

"It seems this face is cursed to cause misunderstandings wherever I go." Cyrus threw his hands up in an effortlessly relaxed gesture.

"Can you blame her? Your features are more stunning than most women's. It's a natural mistake," Phoenix replied dryly, clearly used to this exact reaction.

Meredith stared blankly, her eyes darting between the two of them. "What are you guys talking about? What's wrong with his face?"

Taking a deep breath, Cyrus extended a hand toward Meredith, his expression turning serious. "Allow me to officially introduce myself. My name is Cyrus. I am a man."

"!!!"

Meredith's pupils shrank to pinpricks. She instinctively shook his hand, her brain totally short-circuiting. "A guy?! How is that even possible?!"

"One hundred percent genuine." Cyrus sighed softly, a perfectly manicured finger brushing against his eyebrow. "This face does tend to create... beautiful illusions. But I am absolutely a man. If you don't believe me, you're welcome to verify it yourself."

"Verify... what?!" Meredith froze for a second before her face exploded in bright red blush. She waved her hands frantically. "Stop messing with me! I can't just 'verify' that! It's just... Cyrus, your face... it's enough to give any woman a complex."

The trio made their way up to the VIP ward. The moment they stepped off the elevator, they spotted Milo being blocked from entering the suite.

Standing next to Milo was Julian, Phoebe, and an old man.

The old man was dressed in a traditional tailored suit, sporting a wispy goatee. He stood with his hands clasped behind his back, radiating an aura of arrogant, untouchable superiority.

"Wait a minute!" Meredith frowned, dropping her voice to a whisper. "Don't tell me that old guy is the 'Azure Healer' Julian and Phoebe brought?"

"Hah! Someone actually has the nerve to impersonate me?" Cyrus narrowed his stunning eyes, an instantly terrifying, icy aura erupting from him. "I could maybe forgive the identity theft... but an ugly old man? Is this seriously what the world thinks I look like?"

"Pfft!"

Meredith couldn't hold it in and burst out laughing, quickly waving her hands apologetically. "I'm sorry, I'm not doing it on purpose! It's just the contrast is too insane. Who would've thought the real deal is a total knockout, and the fake is... hahaha!"

"Keep laughing and I'm walking right back out that door," Cyrus deadpanned, glaring at her with mock fury.

Terrified, Meredith slapped both hands over her mouth, blinking her huge eyes in silent apology. *I'm sorry! I'm done!*

"Hmph. I actually want to see exactly what kind of garbage this fraud is trying to pull using my name." Instead of immediately storming over to expose them, Cyrus decided to hang back and watch the show unfold.
