Entire Truth-1

Elora sighed, her gaze falling briefly before looking at Azriel. “He was too young before, and living in human territory made it risky to reveal the truth to him,” she explained, her voice tinged with regret. “Especially considering he’s surrounded by humans at school.”

Mary stepped in, her tone gentle yet firm. “We planned to reveal the truth to him soon,” she interjected, her eyes meeting Azriel’s. “We’ve been slowly familiarizing him with stories about our kind, our king, during bedtime. Plus, Lora can’t shift, and I am in the same situation. You know that after my mate died my wolf became very weak and depressed.”

Azriel’s expression softened slightly as he took in Mary’s words. He hadn’t considered the challenges his mate faced in raising their son alone, in a world where werewolves remained hidden. Guilt tugged at his heart as he realized the burden she carried.

“I understand,” he murmured, his gaze softening as he looked at Elora. “Thank you for taking care of him and being a good mother. Many in your place would have terminated the pregnancy.”

Elora nodded, a small smile touching her lips. “He means everything to me. He is my motivation and strength during the most difficult moments,” she admitted softly.

Azriel’s chest tightened with emotion as he reached out to gently squeeze her hand. “He means everything to both of us,” he replied earnestly. “And I promise, I’ll do whatever it takes to protect

him and you.”

After they finished the brunch, James excused himself and left. Mary took Asher to the outside swing to eat ice-cream, leaving Azriel and Lora alone.

She suddenly felt shy and clumsy, especially when Azriel took her in his arms and kissed her lips. It didn’t take long for their passion to escalate, but she froze when she felt his hands on her ass.

Taking a step back, she tried to compose herself while Azriel was looking at her confused.

“What’s the matter?” he asked her.

After she took a long breath, she replied to him, “I am not used to this.”

“What do you mean, little dove?” Azriel asked.

“I mean what if Asher sees us?” Elora replied in a rush.

“So? What is the problem? He will just see his daddy kissing his mommy,” he replied, amused.

“I know, but…” she added, more conflicted.

Azriel frowned his eyebrows in her direction as he asked her, “What is really going on, Lora? Talk to

me.” He could smell her arousal, but at the same time she was very agitated, which concerned

him.

As she did not say anything, he pushed, “Little dove, don’t test my patience. Just tell me what the problem is?”

“I am scared!” she shouted at him, with a trembling voice.

“Scared of what?” he asked her, confused.

“You are Azriel Storm, and I am a nobody. How can anyone expect that you would accept me as

your mate?”

Azriel’s expression softened as he listened to Elora’s fears, a mixture of sympathy and

determination in his gaze. “You have nothing to be scared of, Lora,” he assured her, his voice firm

yet gentle. “You are not a disappointment to me, and you never will be.”

Elora’s eyes met his, a flicker of uncertainty still lingering. “But I have no wolf, I’m a rogue,” she

murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. “And I have no experience to please you; you were

the only one that I slept with,” she added in a low whisper as she blushed, which made Azriel laugh.

Azriel’s grip on her hand tightened as a low growl rumbled in his chest at her words. “You don’t need a wolf or experience to please me,” he declared, his tone leaving no room for argument. “You

are enough just as you are, my dove.”

Her heart fluttered at his words, a wave of warmth washing over her. “But what about the pack?”

she questioned, her voice tinged with uncertainty. “Will they accept me as their Luna? I don’t know

how to be one.”

Azriel’s eyes gleamed with determination as he cupped her face gently in his hands. “I will make

sure they do,” he vowed, his voice filled with conviction. “And as soon as we return to the pack, I

will organize the Luna ceremony. You belong by my side, Elora, now and always.”
