Shredded Vows: The Billionaire’s Secret Heir novel Chapter 17

"Oh, that makes so much sense! I was wondering why Summer struts around like she owns the place and waltzes in and out of the CEO's office. So she's the rumored Mrs. Gray?"

"With all those photos online, if it were just a rumor, why wouldn't Mr. Gray come out and deny it? Letting the speculation run wild just proves it's true."

"Oh my god!"

Ding—the elevator doors opened, and the two women walked out.

It took Serena a long time to recover. She pressed the button for the first floor, pulled out her phone, and furiously searched for articles about Summer.

After flipping through a few photos, she let out a scornful laugh.

"What a joke. That's clearly not the silhouette from the wedding photo! The body type is completely different, and she doesn't even have a fraction of the aura."

Beyond that, she found Summer exceedingly plain, whereas the woman in the wedding photo possessed a beauty that even Serena secretly acknowledged.

The elevator hit the ground floor. As soon as she stepped out, as luck would have it, she spotted Summer standing not far away.

Wearing a sharp red business suit that showed off long, flawless legs beneath her short skirt, Summer was in the middle of a conversation with a middle-aged man.

A moment later, she nodded. The man walked away, and Summer turned toward the restroom.

Serena took the opportunity to follow her.

Looking at her own gorgeous, alluring reflection in the mirror, she glanced over at Summer in her red suit.

Hmph. She's not Gideon's type at all.

A smirk curled Serena's lips as all her anxiety vanished. Summer wasn't even as pretty in person as she was in her photos.

Sensing the malicious smirk, Summer turned her head. "What's so funny?" Her gaze was cold and distant. "Do we know each other?"
