Epilogue 1
Declan
The days had turned into weeks and on Christmas Morning he’d woken to find Misha already awake in their bed and smiling at him. She looked more than happy right now as she sat there watching him, leaning back on the bedhead. Excited, he thought as he sat up to kiss her, good morning. She’d told him she didn’t need anything, and he’d shaken his head at her and stated, “Like that’s going to work.” She had a stack of about 30 presents out there in the living area, under that tree he’d bought and erected for their first Christmas together. He’d even bought a few gifts for their pup.
She was really showing now and much more than he thought she would, just seven and a half weeks along, and she looked almost full term to him. She was going to have their pup at three months, in that first week of February, he thought.
She smiled at him and took his hand and placed it on her belly. “Laud and I, Wild even, have a Christmas gift for you.” She stated.
“You’re finally going to tell me if it’s a boy or girl.” He smiled; she’d stubbornly withheld that knowledge from him, as had Laud from Wild. He’d been hoping today was the day she would tell him too, making for a lovely, very personal gift from her to him.
“Hmm,” she nodded and moved his hand to the left side of her belly. “This is our son.” She’d stated, and he’d grinned like an idiot, and he knew it, as he felt their tiny son’s heartbeat inside her belly. A son, to reign over the pack, to be big and strong like he was and have Misha’s stubborn streak, he would have the best of both their genes. Declan was certain of it. She laughed at the expression on his face and then, after half a minute of him just listening to his son, she moved his hand, slid it across to the right side of her belly. “Here is our daughter,” she said happily, and his eyes widened at her words of there being two pups inside her belly, that would explain why her belly was larger than a normal she-wolf, that as just over seven weeks pregnant.
But how had she gotten that past him? He had his paws on her all the time. Every day his hands were on her. How was it he didn’t know she was having twins? He should have picked that very thing up himself.
Then he felt Wild’s amusement and heard him snort inside his mind, ‘You only know what I want you to.’ His beast chortled ‘Laud asked me not to let you know. I obeyed.’ His beast told him. ‘They want to surprise you. I liked their cheekiness. So, I help trick you.’
“Devious all of you.” Declan chuckled into the room. “You two got my own Alpha Wolf to

cheat me and hide our pups from me.”
He saw Laud push forward, and she smiled at him. “Wild is a good wolf, gives me what I want.” She told him.

That he and his beast did. They gave both Misha and Laud everything they wanted, if she so much as looked at something, whether it was food, clothing or flowers, and he was there to see it, or he heard about it from another. He went and bought it for her; he wanted her to have everything she liked around her all the time.
He pressed his lips to her belly over their daughter. “She’s going to be cute as a button.” He told her only to have her move his hand to the top of her belly and his eyes widened as he realized what she was doing. “Here is our other daughter. Triplets we were gifted with.” She
smiled at him.
That was indeed considered a blessing by Selena. Everyone in their world knew she favored triplets. He chuckled and stated, “Quads for our second pregnancy,” then grinned at her, and she stared at him completely shocked by his words for a full five seconds, and then she shook her head and whacked him as she chuckled herself.
“No,” she’d told him, but they’d both laughed.
He’d announced it to the pack later that morning, after he was certain everyone was up and awake, and the joy and happiness that came down through the mind-link was almost overwhelming. The entire pack were very happy about the news and within just days of his
announcement.
Wolves from all over the pack were bringing in baby gifts, tiny booties, and beanies, baby clothes and soft plus toys. He’d had three she-wolves come and tell them they’d make crochet baby blankets for the heirs to the pack. They weren’t going to need to buy much at the rate the pack was gifting them things.
They had half a room full of newborn baby clothes and items by the new year, and he’d had to tell the pack to stop. They were running out of room in the nursery, many laughed. But he loved it, his pack was good and healthy, and everyone was itching for the heirs to be born.
Then, before he knew it, it was late January and Kitty was in labour, and he’d never seen Holland in such a state before. Kitty’s labour was long and slow to progress, and Holland was seen to be looking like he was going to panic at times. But their doctor told him it was normal for some she-wolves, that there was no distress in the pup or with Kitty herself. When she wasn’t having a contraction, she often teased her own Mate about his frayed state.
She was in labour for 20 hours before her pup was born, a daughter who they’d already named Dahlia. He’d watched Misha check the moon’s phase the moment they’d heard that

little pup’s cries for the first time, and he knew why, had watched her do many blessings over the past few months of her being here.
Little Dahlia was all bundled up in a sweet yellow, pink and purple knit blanket by the time they were allowed in the room to meet the future Beta heir to their pack, and he stood there and watched on as Misha did the Luna Blessing. He liked the way she did that, simple but full
of meaning.
A week later, both their Gamma and Delta’s heirs were born; two boys. Carol and Paul’s little boy, Paige, had come easily in just six hours, and Mack and Serena’s son, Kenneth, had been hard and fast, barely an hour she’d been in labour. Mack had laughed “He’s itching to be the Delta already, Declan.”
Everyone had laughed at his words, even Serena. They were all now just waiting for his and Mish’s triplets to be born. The pack doctor had kept a close eye on them because Misha was so tiny. Every week he was doing a sonogram and checking the head circumference, to see if they would need to be born by a c-section, and they weren’t due for four more weeks, but being they were triplets, it was thought that they’d likely come early.
There were no other Lunas inside this pack to bless their pups, but he’d had a plan and the moment she’d gone into labour two weeks after little Kenneth was born, he’d had Holland call Lucinda to come to the pack to do the blessing. It was a long drive, but that gave Misha time to have their pups and get some rest if it was a hard fast labour.
Those three little pups of theirs had taken their sweet time, and all had been born naturally, both the girls had been born before their son, and Nick and Lucinda had plenty of time to arrive. They were sitting out in the hallway of the pack hospital with his and Mish’s units waiting. 12 long hours of labour before the triplets had arrived safely.
Ainsley had been their firstborn, and she was named by Misha alone. Gale had been their second daughter’s name, which he’d chosen by himself, their agreement had been to name one daughter each, but their son got to be named by Wild and Laud and their wolves had chosen, Knox.
They were all tiny little babies, and he and Mish had kept their names to themselves, not only from the pack but from their own units.
All of them were allowed into the Luna’s Medical Suite once the triplets were cleaned and settled and Mish was ready to have visitors. Only then did they announce the names of their pups for all to hear. Lucinda smiled as she’d attended to each of the blessings one by one.
