My Unborn Baby Chose My Husband for Me novel Chapter 170

Opening the medical report, Director Vance announced with clinical precision, "There are zero signs of a fetus in Miss Sienna Simmons's abdomen. She has been wearing a highly realistic silicone fake belly. She completely lacks any physiological markers of a medical pregnancy."

"In simple terms, she is not pregnant."

Samuel's face went completely blank with shock.

It took him several agonizing seconds to process the words before he violently whipped his head toward Zelda. "What is the meaning of this?! I thought Sienna was pregnant!"

Zelda was ghastly pale. Her eyes darted around erratically, terrified to look at Samuel or anyone else in the room.

Seeing her pathetic, guilty reaction, everything instantly clicked for Samuel.

"You..."

He pointed a shaking finger right at her face. "You knew? You knew this whole time?! You and your daughter conspired to make a fool out of me?!"

Zelda panicked, waving her hands defensively. "Samuel, please, listen to me... Sienna really was pregnant! But she took a terrible fall, and we lost the baby, so we just..."

At that exact moment, Samuel understood the full, horrifying depth of their depravity. They had orchestrated this entire sick charade just to frame Seraphina for the 'murder' of a baby that didn't even exist.

Right on cue, heavy footsteps echoed loudly from the end of the hallway.

Sienna had just stumbled out of the examination room. She looked up, and her pupils violently contracted in pure terror.

Striding fiercely down the corridor was Sebastian Sullivan, his face thunderously dark.

Walking right beside him was his mother, Victoria Sullivan.

Seeing them approaching, Sienna's legs gave out, and she nearly collapsed onto the floor.

Why were Sebastian and Victoria here?!

Whipping her head toward Lucian, Sienna's eyes widened in sheer, horrified disbelief.

Sitting elegantly beside Seraphina, Lucian merely watched her with glacial apathy.

Marching up to them, Victoria's furious gaze immediately dropped to Sienna's flat stomach.

The baby was a complete lie, and the girl had nearly destroyed her face.

Trembling with volcanic rage, Victoria delivered her final verdict. "Sienna Simmons. Our Sullivan family might not be the highest echelon of the city's elite, but we are absolutely not something for you to play your sick, twisted games with."

"As of this exact second, any remaining ties between you and Sebastian are permanently severed."

"If you ever approach my son again, I will destroy you."

Her words fell like an executioner's blade, sharp, final, and leaving absolutely zero room for negotiation.

Tears exploded from Sienna's eyes as her legs gave out, collapsing heavily onto the floor. "Mrs. Sullivan, please, you can't do this to me! I really was pregnant with his child! Do you know how much I suffered trying to save that baby? You can't just throw me away like this!"

Victoria didn't even dignify her with a second glance.

Desperate, Sienna looked up at the man standing beside his mother. "Sebastian, please! You believe me, don't you?!"

Sebastian had already grown suffocatingly tired of Sienna's constant drama. Finding out the baby didn't even exist didn't break his heart; it actually flooded him with a massive wave of absolute relief.
