Outcast Queen: Her Return from Hell novel Chapter 110

"Curtis."

Spotting Curtis walking toward them, Meredith stopped him with a smile.

"Ms. Miller? You should have let me know you were gracing us with your presence, I would have made arrangements." Curtis saw who it was, and his face instantly piled high with a pleasantly surprised smile. "The boss was thrilled with the collaboration proposal Lumina Jewelry designed for us last time. He gave me this much just in bonuses." He made a hand gesture, unable to hide the smugness on his face.

Hearing this, Phoenix glanced over, eyeing Meredith with a hint of curiosity.

Meredith leaned in slightly, whispering by her ear, "It's that jewelry and Lamborghini crossover campaign from before."

Phoenix raised an eyebrow, a bit more approval showing in her gaze toward Meredith. Today's Meredith had truly carved out a path of her own—she didn't stick to the old conventions of the traditional jewelry industry, pulling off crossovers and innovations with spectacular success.

"Curtis, a satisfied client is the best validation for us." Meredith offered a polite pleasantry before cutting to the chase. "Actually, this was a spur-of-the-moment decision to bring Phoenix to look at some cars. What do you recommend?"

Curtis instinctively looked at Phoenix. The woman possessed an aloof, extraordinary aura. Just standing there casually, she exuded an elite presence that demanded respect.

"Not a problem! But..." Curtis looked troubled, lowering his voice. "I have to go pull out the 'crown jewel' right now. I'm truly sorry, but how about I set you up with our top sales rep for now?"

"Crown jewel?" Meredith's eyes shifted, a knowing smile playing on her lips. "Is it that Lamborghini with only fourteen models worldwide—The Veneno? That's a ten-million-dollar supercar. Looks like a big shot is visiting the store today."

"You got that right." Curtis glanced back at the distant lounge area, his expression turning secretive. "One is an A-list superstar and the second son of the Prescott family, and the other is the Sterling family heiress. These two heavyweights are not people you want to cross."

"Ian Prescott?" Meredith's gaze went cold as she instinctively looked at Phoenix next to her.

Phoenix's expression remained perfectly indifferent, as if she had merely heard the name of an irrelevant passerby.

"Jade, come over here for a sec," Curtis ordered into his walkie-talkie. Soon, a young woman in uniform hurried over.

After briefing her, Curtis rushed off to the garage. That ten-million-dollar legendary car was usually enshrined in a climate-controlled garage. Unless top-tier elites like this showed up, it was never brought out. After all, even a tiny scratch would cost more than his life was worth.

After Curtis left, Phoenix looked at Meredith, a trace of warmth rising in her eyes. "Merry, you've really been working hard this year. When you insisted on starting your own business, I was worried it would be too much for you."

That tall, coldly beautiful woman—why did she look so familiar?

"Ian, what are you looking at?" Penelope followed his gaze and immediately spotted Phoenix and Meredith.

Her woman's intuition made her jealousy instantly explode.

Phoenix was aloof and stunning, possessing a naturally intimidating yet premium aura. Meredith, on the other hand, was bright and elegant, sporting a confident smile. Standing together, the two of them instantly made the surrounding mediocre women pale in comparison, becoming a sight that was impossible to ignore.

"Ian, you're not allowed to look at them!" Warning bells blared in Penelope's mind. She reached out and forcefully yanked Ian's face back.

*Smack!*

Ian's face immediately darkened. He violently swatted Penelope's hand away, the force of his swing producing a sharp crack.

"Don't touch my face!" His voice was vicious, his eyes brimming with disgust. "Did you forget that I hate it when people touch me there?"
