Outcast Queen: Her Return from Hell novel Chapter 424

The woman took a deep breath, pulled a cigarette from her designer clutch, and slowly lit it.

She took a deep drag and exhaled a plume of gray smoke.

Through the swirling smoke, her striking face looked ethereal yet projected a suffocating intimidation.

"Phoenix Prescott? Pierce Sterling?"

Without even turning her head, she casually called out their names, seemingly unconcerned whether she'd get a response.

A playful smirk touched Phoenix's lips. "From Highcrest, the Quincy Family—Isabella Sinclair?"

Isabella raised an eyebrow and finally turned to meet Phoenix's cold, clear eyes.

Looking at Phoenix, she curled her lips into a meaningful smile. "You killed them, didn't you?"

"And if I say I didn't?"

"It doesn't matter."

Isabella took another drag, then flicked her finger.

The glowing cigarette butt sailed through the air in a perfect arc, landing squarely inside Warren's casket.

Whoosh! Flames erupted instantly.

The fire eagerly devoured the highly flammable lining. The crowd watched in sheer horror as Warren's casket was quickly consumed by the blaze.

"Hurry! Put it out!!"

But Isabella's bodyguards had already rushed in like a pack of wolves.

Ignoring the burning casket, they swiftly grabbed Phoebe's body, along with the memorial bed, and hauled it away.

Vanessa finally snapped out of her daze and screamed hysterically, "Put out the fire! Put it out now!!"

Ian and Sebastian were frozen in place.

This glamorous woman was so wildly arrogant that she dared to publicly set a corpse on fire in front of Cloudhaven's elite! She was ruthlessly grinding the Prescott family's last shred of dignity into the dirt.

"Phoenix, I hope you can handle my wrath. Otherwise... this game will be far too boring." With a cold sneer, Isabella turned on her heels and strutted away, flanked by her men.

Phoenix stared at Isabella's retreating back, a sharp, icy glint flashing in her eyes.

The air around them suddenly tightened as several heavily built bodyguards silently closed in, trapping her and Pierce in the center.

The fire raged on, sending waves of heat through the room.

Guests scrambled away in panic, leaving only Phoenix and Pierce completely cut off from the exit.

"Pierce, it seems they're underestimating us," Phoenix said, cracking her neck. Her black dress suddenly felt like mourning attire meant for the bodyguards.
