Cade affectionately pinched Lydia's cheek, but the moment he turned to look at Phoenix, his gaze turned as venomous as a poisoned blade.

Phoenix lazily crossed her arms, a mocking smirk playing on her lips as if looking at a total idiot. "Your last name is Thorne?"

Cade raised a brow, letting out a cold scoff loaded with pure arrogance. "That's right! Second Young Master of the Thorne family, Cade Thorne. If you dare touch my woman, you better prepare to pay the price!"

The two sales associates turned pale.

Fury boiled in Cade's eyes. As the "Prince" of Cloudhaven, being publicly humiliated by trash like this was unacceptable.

"You two!" he barked harshly at the sales associates. "Throw this crazy bitch out!"

The two associates exchanged a panicked look, caught in an impossible position.

"Mr. Thorne, this... everyone who walks through the door is a customer. We can't just kick people out..." Even though Phoenix didn't seem to have a powerful background, Lumina Jewelry's founder, Ms. Miller, had set ironclad rules. Who dared to break them?

"Break this trash's arms and legs! Just leave her breathing!" Cade roared, his face twisted in malice.

"Heh, big words." Phoenix's final shred of patience completely vanished. She looked past the bodyguards, locking onto Cade with an all-knowing, mocking stare. "Cade, if your brother finds out about the stupid things you've done today... I'm afraid the one getting his arms and legs broken will be you."
