Declan
He connected himself to his unit and the Luna’s Unit and then Misha herself before the rest of the pack. A smile touched his lips as he did so. He liked being able to connect to her at will. That she was not only a part of this pack but was going to be the mother of the pack’s heir.
He knew once that filigree was gone from her neck, he’d be allowed to mark and mate her. Misha was the future Luna to his pack and that made not only himself happy, but Wild as well. She sat at the table right next to him as if she belonged there with him too.
‘My pack, I have happy news to impart to you, though a little unorthodox at the same time, it brings me and my wolf Wild, great joy to inform you that we have an heir on the way. A pup due, I’d say, around the same time as my unit. They will all be born together and grow up closely bonded as all Alpha Units should.‘
He could feel happiness coming from them all over the pack as they too thought it was good news. Even though they all knew he wasn’t mated himself, they saw no issue with him having an heir. He smiled ‘As for who is carrying the heir to the pack, that would be Luna Misha. How it came about and what you all have a right to know
‘But don’t know, and I’ll tell you now is that Misha went into a very short heat two and a half weeks ago, he thought about that very thing and how to explain it ‘Something that came from the dying of her mate bond, which reduced her heat to just two bouts, he couldn’t mention that bangle she was wearing, that was a
secret.
‘It happened not long after she got here. It was completely unexpected, and I happened to step into the place she was in, when it bloomed. Wild and I got caught up in the scent of her heat and mated her through it, this is how it came about.‘
He felt some confusion coming from the pack, but that was to be expected, heats weren’t known to be short, and even a dying bond would see it be normal, but odd things happened all the time in their world.
‘We only just found out today about the pup. Wild kind of went crazy and half ripped out of me to stalk her‘ He chuckled softly ‘His half–shifted form didn’t frighten her at all. I am happy to report that Mish is also happy to bare us an heir and stay here within the pack and raise it as well.
‘A discussion has been had between Mish and myself, and Mish has now been initiated into the pack and yes, before you ask. Her Mate is also now aware of the situation at hand. A phone call has happened. Nothing was kept hidden from him, not who mated her through her heat or whose pup she is carrying.
‘I hope you’ll see this as a joyous occasion, as Wild and I do, even though it came from rather odd circumstances. I know you all like Misha and considering the extenuating circumstances, none of you will see this as wrong, he stated and dropped the mind–link.
They were in the pack’s dining room when he made the announcement, and he saw many looking at them now and there were happy smiles on many of those faces. He chuckled softly when two teens just got up and run over to stand before Misha, all happy and excited for her to be a part of the pack.
They were talking a mile a minute about how happy they were. He leaned back in his seat as he saw them hug her and then saw one grin right at him. They were a good pack, and happy as well. ‘She’ll be your true Luna soon, Alpha. Hailey connected to him ‘I’ll start praying for her to want to be your Chosen Mate‘
< CH 192
‘Don’t stop there Hailey,’ he chuckled. Tell Selena I want her for my Goddess–Gifted!
“But… she sounded confused.
‘Misha’s Mate has another Mate he got her just a few years ago, so why can’t she get a second that’s not bound to him?‘ He relayed right to her.
‘Oh, then I’ll do that, Alpha. She stated, and the link was dropped.
He smiled. Yes, let the entire pack start praying for him to scent Misha out. Surely, if an entire pack prayed about it, their Goddess would have to hear it right. His eyes moved to Misha, and she was looking at him with an odd expression.
“What?” he asked, “I can dream right, I know the pack is right now.” He smiled “We should move you into the Luna Suite,” he commented.
“It’s a week away. I think that’s a waste of effort. Why move now when we’ll only have to move me again in
a week or so.”
“A week or so?” Carol asked. “Have you two already decided on what is going to happen?”
“We have,” Declan nodded. “After the rejection happens, she’ll be letting me mark and mate her.” He informed both his unit and who would be her unit. “Misha is now the future Luna of this pack.” he stated simply, matter–of–factly.
“Welcome Luna,” Kitty stated and bowed her head.
“It will be good to have you here as our Luna.” Serena bowed her head. “The pack already loves you, and we are already friends too. This will be good for the pack.”
“Thank you,” Misha nodded. “Nothing much will change. What you’ve seen of me, is who I am.”
He was more than happy about the way the pack was taking this. None of them were even concerned that they weren’t Goddess–Gifted or that she was currently marked by another, from all he could tell. She was already accepted by this pack even before he’d made the announcement; is what that told him.
Though as she got up from the table to go off with the Luna’s Unit, as was now her right to do, and he felt
Wild push him to go with her, ‘Leave it Wild, I understand what you want, but she still has a Mshe felt

grace is all she asked, I’m certain you big beast you can suck it up, it’s only seven days until the full moon.
‘She shouldn’t sleep alone. Our pup will grow quick, have growing pains, need us to rub belly. Wild told
him.
Declan shook his head at his own beasts‘ words, ‘You just want to touch her.‘ He chuckled softly.
‘Is mine, she said yes. Wild stated, ‘Go where she goes.
‘Hmm, that could be a problem. We’ve got a dinner meeting at six. He reminded his beast.
‘Can it. She more important than money. Wild told him.
4 agree, we don’t really need the money, and he didn’t, the pack didn’t. He’d been wealthy always, his parents had known they were going to lose that fight, and he’d been gotten out along with their trusted omega, and she’d had access to everything all the pack funds and had collected it and taken it with them.

He thought about that and connected himself to Lisa, ‘Lisa, I’d like you to make your way to the Luna’s office. I wish to introduce you to the future Luna.‘ She’d always been with him, never faltered in her raising of him. He hoped that Misha would be willing to accept her as well. Lisa had never claimed to be his mother, always knew her station and made sure he was reminded that she was his omega, designated to raise him and keep him safe.
She didn’t want the title of his mother, even though she had been there for him since he was just a child. She never took money from the funds she had full access to, unless it was to help feed, clothe or educate him. He’d been allowed to attend Alpha Collège because Lisa had taken him to the closes Alpha Council for protection and, though normally, it was an Alpha parent that signed one up for the college.
The pack he’d been raised in had a good decent Alpha running it and had sent him, though Lisa had used his own parents‘ money to pay for it. He stood, and his unit stood with him. “I’ve just asked Lisa to come down and meet Misha,” he stated.
“How are you going to address her?” Holland asked curiously, “As your pseudo mother or as the omega that raised you.”
“As Lisa, the head omega, it’s her preferred title.” He stated knowing that it was. She had a pack card with unlimited funds but never spent his money, though he had managed to get her to move into a nice home here in the pack after she’d finally scented out her Goddess–Gifted Mate four years ago. That was good. He’d been unable to get her to move out of the single dorms, she was mighty stubborn about her place. Loyal she was to his bloodline, to the point he’d thought maybe she was under some order from his parents, but she’d stated she wasn’t.
Had proved it by turning herself rogue and then holding her hand out to him to have him initiate her once, which would see any and all orders drop off her, though he knew if there had been one on her, his parents‘ death would have stopped it from being in place. She’d been making a point to him was all.
He walked into the Luna’s office, Wild tracked Misha’s scent all the way there, his beast was sitting inside his mind with his eyes kind of half closed as he breathed in her new scent of mint and he felt calm and relaxed. Looked right at her as she sat there with the Luna’s Unit and his tail swished back and forth as happiness rolled off his beast.
“I’d like to introduce you to Lisa, the head omega. She is also the she–wolf that raised me after my parents died, so is my mother, but she doesn’t allow me to call her that” He told her, “She is my most trusted after my unit.”
“Alright. Are you looking to instate her as the Luna’s personal omega?” Misha asked him directly.
“That will be up to you and her. I just want you two to meet officially,” he stated. Though her words led him to believe she might not actually want that.
He stood and waited until Lisa walked in, and he introduced them officially to each other, and he watched Lisa smile at her and bow her head, congratulate him and then Misha on the pup that would be the heir to the pack. Then state, “I’ll bring a dozen of the pack’s omegas suitable for a personal omega to the Luna and let you choose who you want… Unless, Luna you would want to contact and bring your former personal omega here to the pack. She was with you for how long?”
“Two decades,” Misha nodded. “I’d actually like that; I’ll call her and see if I can get her to come here. Though she’ll likely bring her entire family with her,” Misha looked to him with those words.
“The more, the merrier,” he smiled. “Like Nicholas, I’ll accept any that wants to follow you here to this pack.
